We’ve Expanded Our Field of Membership!

Franklin-Oil Region Credit Union is excited to announce that the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, the governing agency that regulates Pennsylvania state-chartered credit unions, recently approved our request to expand our field of membership!

Effective immediately, membership is now open to everyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, attends school in, regularly conducts business in, or owns a business in Venango, Forest, Warren or Crawford Counties in Pennsylvania. This expansion allows us to offer financial services to over 180,000 people with a much larger geographical footprint by offering not only two full-service branches, but also a wide variety of electronic services so members can perform nearly all their banking online. 

As we look forward to the positive and lasting impact this expansion will have on all the areas we serve, our promise to you is that we will continue our mission to meet members’ financial needs through quality service at the best value while maintaining financial stability.
