You can become a member of the Franklin-Oil Region Credit Union if you live, work, worship, volunteer, attend school in, and also any businesses and other legal entities in Venango County.

It is very simple to become a member, by depositing and maintaining a minimum of $5.00 into a savings account, then each and every family member becomes eligible for credit union membership.

What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
